Homes for Troops Our proud military connections…

An injured National Guard soldier from Woodbury, MN got a brand new home through the efforts of Homes for Our Troops. The keys were officially presented to Sgt. Marcus Kuboy at the Republican National Convention in a special ceremony scheduled for Labor Day, September 1, 2008.

Sgt. Kuboy used an Amramp to reach the Convention stage. The ramp was donated by our Amramp Minnesota franchise partner.

Amramp Boston donated a ramp for the Homes for Our Troops home presented to Sgt. Brian Fountaine of Plymouth, MA in the Spring of 2008.

The United States Navy rented a 244' ramp to allow past crew members who use wheelchairs to attend a tearful reunion during tall ships festivities on the East Coast.

As the Vietnam Wall travels across America, the display will often include hundreds of feet of an Amramp system in order to provide a firm surface over hard ground to make viewing possible from a wheelchair.
